Sec. 293.029. INVESTMENT OF FUNDS. The investment of and security for authority funds is governed, to the extent applicable, by the law governing investment of and security for a county's funds. The bond resolution or trust indenture may provide further restrictions on the investment. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
