Sec. 298H.003. HEALTH CARE PROVIDER PARTICIPATION PROGRAM; PARTICIPATION IN PROGRAM. (a) The board may authorize the district to participate in a health care provider participation program on the affirmative vote of a majority of the board, subject to the provisions of this chapter. (b) The board may not authorize the district to participate in a health care provider participation program under Chapter 300 or 300A.
