Sec. 3.14. DIRECTOR'S AND EMPLOYEE'S BONDS. (a) The general manager and each employee of the district charged with the collection, custody, or payment of any money of the district shall execute a fidelity bond. The board shall approve the form, amount, and surety of the bond. (b) The district shall pay the premiums on the employees' bonds under this section.
