Sec. 30.01752. COURT REPORTER. The municipal court clerk shall appoint the court reporter. The town manager shall set the compensation of the court reporter. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 138, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
