Sec. 30.052. FORM, DENOMINATION, INTEREST RATE. The governing body of the district shall prescribe the form, denomination, and rate of interest for the bonds. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
