Sec. 30.059. BONDS INCONTESTABLE. After the bonds are approved by the attorney general and registered with the comptroller, the bonds and the contract are incontestable. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
