Sec. 30.065. INVESTMENT OF PROCEEDS. Pending their use, proceeds from the sale of bonds may be invested in securities or time deposits as specified in the resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds or the trust indenture securing the bonds. The earnings on these investments shall be applied as provided in the resolution or trust indenture. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
