Sec. 30.082. DIRECTOR OF SERVICES. To carry out legislative intent and the objectives of Section 30.081, the agency shall employ a director of services to students who are deaf or hard of hearing. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
