Statewide Plan

Sec. 30.083. STATEWIDE PLAN. The director of services shall develop and administer a comprehensive statewide plan for educational services for students who are deaf or hard of hearing and receive special education and related services through a regional day school program for the deaf. The plan shall be included as part of the comprehensive statewide plan under Section 30.002. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
