Sec. 3001.056. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall elect from its directors a president, vice president, and secretary. (b) The board by rule may provide for the election of other officers. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
