Sec. 3001.058. COMPENSATION; REIMBURSEMENT. A director serves without compensation but shall be reimbursed for a reasonable and necessary expense incurred in performing an official duty. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
