Rulemaking

Sec. 3001.105. RULEMAKING. The board may adopt rules: (1) necessary or convenient to carry out district powers and duties; (2) to govern its affairs; (3) to preserve the public health and welfare concerning the agricultural products submitted to the district for harvesting, processing, distributing, or transporting; and (4) to establish a priority on the use of district property and services, including the payment of fees.
