Sec. 3001.106. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; EMPLOYEES. The board may employ: (1) an executive director to manage the district's daily operations; and (2) other persons necessary to carry out the district's duties. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
