Sec. 3001.114. ACQUISITION OR DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY. The district may acquire or dispose of property in any manner, including by: (1) conveyance; (2) mortgage; or (3) lease, as lessor or lessee. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1277, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
