Compensation

Sec. 300A.0025. COMPENSATION. (a) Directors and officers serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in the performance of official duties. (b) Expenses reimbursed under this section must be: (1) reported in the district's minute book or other district records; and (2) approved by the board.
