Applicability

Sec. 300C.0003. APPLICABILITY. This chapter applies only to a local government that jointly created a health care provider participation district by concurrent order under Chapter 300A and is: (1) a county with a population of more than 80,000 and less than 90,000 that borders the Trinity River; (2) a county with a population of more than 45,000 and less than 55,000 that borders Oklahoma; or (3) a hospital district located in a county that has a population of more than 30,000 and contains a portion of Jim Chapman Lake.
