Sec. 300C.0027. DISTRICT FINANCES. (a) Except as otherwise provided by this section, Subchapter F, Chapter 287, applies to a district in the same manner that the provisions of that subchapter apply to a health services district created under Chapter 287. (b) Sections 287.129 and 287.130 do not apply to a district. (c) This section does not authorize a district to issue bonds. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 525 (H.B. 3505), Sec. 1, eff.
