Sec. 301.031. COMMITTEE STAFF. From its contingent expense fund, each house may provide for necessary clerks, clerical assistance, and staff to each committee created by that house. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 479, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
