Sec. 301.411. EFFECT OF FAILURE TO REPORT. (a) A person is not liable in a civil action for failure to file a report required by this subchapter. (b) The appropriate state licensing agency may take action against a person regulated by the agency for a failure to report as required by this subchapter. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff.
