Sec. 301.508. COLLECTION OF PENALTY. If the person does not pay the penalty and the enforcement of the penalty is not stayed, the executive director may refer the matter to the attorney general for collection of the penalty. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
