Sec. 302.305. FUNDING. In addition to any money appropriated for the program, the commission may solicit and accept gifts, grants, and donations from any public or private source for the program. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 329 (S.B. 2448), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2025.
