Registered Office and Agent

Sec. 303.031. REGISTERED OFFICE AND AGENT. (a) A corporation shall continuously maintain a registered office and registered agent in this state. (b) The registered office shall be the same as the corporation's principal office. The registered agent may be: (1) an individual resident of this state whose business office is the same as the registered office; or (2) a domestic or foreign profit or nonprofit corporation that is authorized to transact business or conduct affairs in this state and that has a principal or business office that is the same as the registered office.
