Sec. 305.103. BONDS OF JOINT PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES. If two or more persons are appointed as personal representatives of an estate and are required by this chapter or by the court to give a bond, the court may require: (1) a separate bond from each person; or (2) a joint bond from all of the persons.
