Sec. 305.202. SURETIES FOR CERTAIN BONDS. (a) If the amount of a bond exceeds $50,000, the court may require that the bond be signed by: (1) at least two authorized corporate sureties; or (2) one authorized corporate surety and at least two good and sufficient personal sureties.
