Sec. 306.036. DEPOSITORIES. The money belonging to or under the control of the board shall be deposited and secured substantially in the manner prescribed by law for municipal funds. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
