Sec. 30B.055. TUITION AND FEES. A school district or open-enrollment charter school may charge tuition and fees for a hybrid or virtual course provided to a student who: (1) is not eligible to enroll in a public school in this state; or (2) is not enrolled in the school district or open-enrollment charter school.
