Agency Publication of Available Virtual Courses

Sec. 30B.057. AGENCY PUBLICATION OF AVAILABLE VIRTUAL COURSES. (a) The agency shall publish a list of virtual courses offered by school districts and open-enrollment charter schools in this state that includes: (1) whether the course is available to a student who is not otherwise enrolled in the offering district or school; (2) the cost of the course; and (3) information regarding any third-party provider involved in the delivery of the course. (b) A school district or open-enrollment charter school shall provide to the agency information required to publish the list under Subsection (a).
