Sec. 31.504. BICENTENNIAL TRAIL MAINTENANCE. The Parks and Wildlife Department shall maintain any real property it acquires for the Bicentennial Trail. Added by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 652 (H.B. 4230), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2025.
