Repeal of Repealing Statute

Sec. 311.030. REPEAL OF REPEALING STATUTE. The repeal of a repealing statute does not revive the statute originally repealed nor impair the effect of any saving provision in it. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 479, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
