Control of Intersecting Street

Sec. 311.034. CONTROL OF INTERSECTING STREET. The governing body of a municipality may: (1) close a street in the municipality at or near the place the street intersects a freeway; (2) provide for the construction of a street over or under a freeway; (3) connect a street with a freeway; or (4) perform other actions on a street as necessary to carry out a power granted by this section.
