Sec. 312.043. NOTICE AND HEARING: RULES. The governing body of a municipality by ordinance shall adopt rules providing for giving notice and hearing as provided by this subchapter. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
