Ownership and Control

Sec. 315.024. OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL. After lighting improvements made under this chapter are installed and accepted by the municipality, the improvements become a part of the municipality's lighting system. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
