Discharge of Obligation

Sec. 315.071. DISCHARGE OF OBLIGATION. An owner of abutting property may discharge the total amount assessed against the owner, or any installment of that amount, at any time before maturity, on payment of the amount with accrued interest. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
