Sec. 317.105. SIGNATURES. A bond issued under this chapter must be signed by the mayor or presiding officer of the municipality and countersigned by the municipal secretary or clerk. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 24, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
