Appointments Without Discrimination

Sec. 32.0121. APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION. Appointments to the board shall be made without regard to the race, color, handicap, sex, religion, age, or national origin of the appointees. Added by Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 624, Sec. 7, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
