Sec. 32.051. PERMIT REQUIRED. A person may not own, maintain, or use a floating cabin in the public coastal water of this state unless a permit has been issued under this chapter for the floating cabin. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1273, Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2001.
