Sec. 32.151. DISCIPLINARY ACTION. The department may suspend or revoke a person's floating cabin permit or place the permit holder on probation for a violation of this chapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1273, Sec. 1, eff. June 15, 2001.
