Sec. 320.048. SUITS; LEGAL SERVICES. (a) The board may sue and be sued in its own name. (b) The county attorney shall perform all necessary legal services for the board. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
