Personnel

Sec. 324.006. PERSONNEL. (a) The director, with the approval of the board, may employ professional and clerical personnel. (b) The board shall set the salaries of the personnel employed by the director. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 479, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
