Sec. 324.0665. BOND. If the board brings an action to enforce this subchapter or enjoin a violation of a rule or ordinance adopted by the board under this subchapter, the board is not required to post a bond. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 452, Sec. 4, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
