Sec. 326.064. RULES. (a) The board may adopt reasonable rules to accomplish the purposes of the district. (b) The board may set monetary charges in reasonable amounts for the violation of a district rule. (c) The board may exclude from the use of the library a person who wilfully violates a rule adopted by the board under this section. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1204, Sec. 1, eff.
