Sec. 326.066. DEPOSITORY. (a) The board shall designate one or more banks inside or outside of the district to serve as the depository for district money. (b) Tax revenue of the district shall be deposited in a depository bank. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1204, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
