Sec. 327.157. PROPERTY; APPROVAL REQUIRED. A zoo board may acquire and sell property for any zoo board purpose. Before the acquisition or sale, the zoo board must obtain the approval of the county commissioners court. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1235, Sec. 1, eff. June 20, 2003.
