Sec. 327.204. FISCAL YEAR. (a) A zoo board by rule shall establish the zoo board's fiscal year. (b) The zoo board may not change the fiscal year more than once in a two-year period. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1235, Sec. 1, eff. June 20, 2003.
