Sec. 327.251. GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. The county commissioners court may issue and sell bonds to acquire, construct, equip, or enlarge any zoo or zoo-related property, including a zoo board building or other facility. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1235, Sec. 1, eff. June 20, 2003.
