Sec. 33.126. TERMINATION OF PERMIT BY BOARD. Each permit shall provide that if the terms of the permit are broken, the permit may be terminated at the option of the board. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2390, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
