Sec. 33.127. TERMS AND RENEWAL OF PERMITS. Permits may be issued for a period of not more than five years and may be renewed at the discretion of the board. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2391, ch. 871, art. I, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
