Sec. 33.662. BONDS ELIGIBLE FOR PURCHASE. Bonds issued by a coastal county under this subchapter may be purchased by the Texas Water Development Board for purposes authorized by Chapter 17, Water Code. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 867 (S.B. 1044), Sec. 4, eff. June 17, 2005.
