Sec. 332.003. REFERENDUM. A municipality or county may submit in an election of its qualified voters the question of whether it should exercise the powers conferred by this subchapter. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
