Sec. 333.009. PERSONNEL. (a) The board may hire a manager of the museum. With the consent of the board, the manager may hire other personnel. (b) The manager and other personnel are subject to the bylaws and rules adopted by the board. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
